Richland Building Partners was excited to host some of Nashville's top real estate agents as well as community leaders at our exclusive home showcase event in November! This event was hosted at our stunning new properties located on Utah Avenue in Sylvan Park and was dedicated to revealing over 30 new Richland homes that will be completed and ready for delivery through summer 2022.

We were ecstatic to showcase our beautiful, newly completed home, 4305 A Utah Avenue, which was staged to showcase our brand. We also provided an exclusive look into our other three properties located on Utah Avenue which are quickly nearing completion! This private event was meant to not only show a sneak peak of our new projects on Utah Avenue and share what we have on the horizon, but also to learn from Richland Building Partners founder and CEO, Chris Barnhizer, what sets Richland apart from their building competitors in the Nashville market.
