Richland Building Partners Announces 3rd Avenue, For-Sale Condominiums on the Edge of Wedgewood Houston

NASHVILLE, Tenn. October 13, 2026 Richland Building Partners announced a new development on 3rd Avenue, a for-sale condominium building at the intersection of Cameron Street on the southern edge of Wedgewood Houston in Chestnut Hill. The building will include 120 condominium homes above ground-floor commercial space. Construction is scheduled to go vertical in spring 2027, with completion and closings planned for spring 2028.
