NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 4, 2026 -- Richland Building Partners, the vertically integrated developer and general contractor specializing in intentional residential properties across greater Nashville, has named Brandon Johnson Director of Development & Construction. Johnson joins the firm from AJ Capital Partners, where he served as Vice President of Development & Construction.

Johnson brings more than 14 years of experience delivering complex residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. At AJ Capital, he played a prominent role in the development momentum in Wedgewood Village, one of Nashville's most ambitious neighborhood-scale projects.
